Ingredients
3packs MAGGI Spicy Chicken Tikka Flavor
3Eggsbeaten
½cupCarrotfinely chopped
½cupCapsicumfinely chopped
½cupCabbagefinely chopped
½tspSalt
½tspBlack pepper powder
½tspRed Chili Flakes
2Tbsp.Chili Sauce
3Tbsp.Mozzarella Cheesegrated
½CupChickendiced
1Tbsp.Oil
Instructions
Boil MAGGI Noodles (without taste maker) in 4 cups water till noodles are tender. Drain and keep aside
In a bowl beat eggs and add all the spices along with the 2 packs MAGGI taste makers
Add MAGGI noodles and chopped vegetables in this mixture and mix well
Pour oil in a nonstick pan and add the noodles in it.
Keep the pan covered on low heat for 5-8 minutes and then flip it once it has changed in color
Cook from the other side. When done, remove from pan
Marinate Chicken fillet with 1 pack of MAGGI taste maker and grill it until cooked. Cut them in dices and top it on the noodle pizza
Sprinkle cheese on the top and microwave it for 2 minutes till the cheese melts
